Connect-2-Cannabis.com reserves the right, but not the obligation, to refuse to post or to remove any review.  At no time do reviews reflect the views of Connect-2-Cannabis.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, contractors and licensors.  Connect-2-Cannabis.com shall own all reviews submitted through the Service exclusively and in perpetuity. This ownership permits Connect-2-Cannabis.com, its parent, subsidiaries, and/or affiliated companies the unrestricted, perpetual, and exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, and distribute any and all materials and communications regarding and including submitted reviews. A "Posting Agent" is a third-party agent, service, or intermediary that offers to post Content to the Service on behalf of others. To the demands on Connect2Cannabis.com’s resources, the Guest may not use a Posting Agent to post Content to the Service without express permission or license from Connect2Cannabis.com.  Correspondingly, Posting Agents are not permitted to post Content on behalf of others, to cause Content to be so posted, or otherwise access the Service to facilitate posting Content on behalf of others, except with express permission or license from Connect2Cannabis.com.

14. PAID POSTINGS: We may charge a fee to post Content in some areas of the Service and specifically to the service of "The Ganja Station" in the future. Within the Service and specifically within the service of "The Ganja Station," all transactions of medicine and medicated products should be in compliance with the state's laws which the transaction will be taking place.  All listed products and services listed within "The Ganja Station" are strictly intended for the use of tobacco and legal use only. Connect2Cannabis.com does not encourage the use of illicit drugs. The fee will be an access fee permitting Content to be posted in a designated area. Each party posting Content to the Service is responsible for said Content and compliance with the TUS. All fees paid will be non-refundable in the event that Content is removed from the Service for violating the TUS. 

Connect2Cannabis.com authorizes the Guest to display on their website, or create a hyperlink on their website to, individual postings on the Service so long as such use is for noncommercial and/or news reporting purposes only (e.g., for use in personal web blogs or personal online media).  If the total number of such postings displayed or linked to on the Guest’s website exceeds one hundred (100) postings, the Guest’s use will be presumed to be in violation of the TUS, absent express permission granted by Connect2Cannabis.com to do so.  The Guest may also create a hyperlink to the home page of Connect2Cannabis.com sites so long as the link does not portray Connect2Cannabis.com, its employees, or its affiliates in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.

15. TERMINATION OF GUEST’S ACCOUNT: The Guest agrees Connect-2-Cannabis.com may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate their Connect-2-Cannabis.com account, and access to the Service indefinitely or for a set period of time. A termination of an account, whether it being temporarily or permanently, may include limitations to accessing Connect-2-Cannabis.com, but the Guest’s profile, including their posts, will not be deleted. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to:
a. breaches or violations of the TUS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines;
b. requests by law enforcement or other government agencies;

e. unexpected technical or security issues or problems;

20. GENERAL INFORMATION:
Dispute Resolution. This web site (excluding third party linked web sites) is controlled by Connect-2-Cannabis.com from its offices within the State of Colorado, U.S. of America. Statute of Limitations. The Guest agrees regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the TUS must be filed within ninety (90) days after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
